Tracy coaches and supports midlife women in the transformation before, during and after menopause through the lens of her recent Menopausal Fitness Specialist certification, as well as her certifications as a Personal Trainer and Yoga Therapist.

She has offered therapeutic sessions in health care settings, in her private practice, and online.

Tracy has taught yoga and meditation for over 30 years in yoga studios, athletic clubs, small and large groups, and retreats. She teaches Pilates, stretch/strength, foam rolling, as well as women’s health classes.

She also provides seminars and workshops on stress management, and various health, fitness, and wellness topics, including coordinating/leading retreats.

She is board certified and a licensed therapeutic massage therapist, specializing in myofascial release, neuromuscular techniques, and self-care techniques, with over 24 years of experience.

Tracy believes in working with clients and groups to accomplish their goals, such as increasing mobility-stability, strength, relaxation, or reducing tension and pain related to any health challenges.  Along the way, she shares resources and inspiration to live a life full of resilience, energy, and joy.

Her varied experience and background allows her to draw therapeutic tools from many disciplines to tailor sessions to meet clients’ needs in a fun and progressive manner.
